'ArtRage'

This month I've been busy trying to sort out a venue for this year's 'Isle of Wight Arts Open Studios' event happening around the Island in July (I will divulge details soon once confirmed), had a sort out in my art room, had half-term holiday and last but not least I discovered 'ArtRage' a brilliant digital painting/drawing app. I really like this app as I can seem to fit in a bit of painting as and when, without the need to get the paints, palette etc out. I often have to be in the right frame of mind and allow myself at least a couple of uninterrupted hours of painting time, but with this app I can seem to stop and start really easily when it suits. I also like the realistic paint strokes that can be obtained with the flat brush, the ease of use to acquire the right colour and the ability to undo or redo brushstrokes really simply, I also seem to be able to finish a painting a lot quicker as well! I am still working on my lilly painting by the way which I hope to finish soon, but in the meantime I've posted a digital still life of some flowers that I've just finished creating using 'ArtRage'.
