For some January is the most gloomiest month of the year, so I decided I wanted to paint something bright and cheerful. Hence my work in progress this month is another flower painting. There's just something about flowers that make us happy, apparently flowers have the power to naturally reduce stress and moderate moods. I've added a series of progression photos and I have also finally got round to producing my first time lapse videos (see my Instagram feed https://www.instagram.com/sharonouldart/) showing some of the painting process.
