Here's my latest painting titled 'Good Morning', another watercolour with another wonderful sky that I just couldn't resist painting. I used some pastel on this one too to try and add some texture to the foreground rocks on the beach. It's also quite a good effect for adding to the waves too, where the paper has a rough surface when the pastel layer is applied over the top it creates this lovely texture where it skips areas of the paper to give a speckled effect.
This painting will be joining six others on Etsy tomorrow at midday as part of a mini collection that I've put together so keep your eyes peeled if your interested in grabbing yourself a little piece of beauty!
