Free Prize Draw Up For Grabs!

It feels like a lifetime since I last did any painting, in fact I feel more like a juggler than an artist at the moment trying to juggle so many different tasks in preparation for my art exhibition but I'm not complaining as I'm so excited to be participating in the 'Isle of Wight Open Studios' event again this year and thankful that at present it is still going ahead.

Unfortunately though there seems to be a delay with the printing of the booklets this year so sadly I still haven't received these or any posters yet to be able to distribute to publicise. However, you can, if you wish, download a copy of the booklet from the 'Isle of Wight Arts Open Studios' website to have a look at all the artists participating in this free event happening across the Island from Friday 16th - Monday 26th July click on this link https://www.isleofwightarts.com/news/opens-studios-yearbook-2021-now-available-to-download/ to lead you to the page where you can download it.

There's also a chance to enter a prize draw of winning either first prize of £100 or second prize of £50 to spend on Open Studios artwork up for grabs (see pages 43 & 44 of the yearbook), all you have to do is collect 5 signatures from participating artists named in the yearbook, each from different studios or venues and post it back to the Isle of Wight Arts office no later than Monday 9th August 2021.

I will be exhibiting my original paintings, many of which I have completed throughout the lockdowns, as well as selling some mounted Giclée prints and greeting cards on Tuesday 20th July until Friday 23rd July, 10am -5pm each day in the back room of the quaint little Methodist Church situated in Godshill High Street just opposite from the 'Old World Tea Rooms', 40 yards from the main village car park which is free!

Access either via side path or through the church itself.

If you are passing come and say hello it would be nice to see you, just look out for the 'Art Exhibition' banner and red Open Studios bunting on the railings outside the church.
